Horsemeat found in Hamburgers in Ireland and the UK . They said it measured at 29%. Serious, Thank God I don't eat Hamburgers. I just wanted to mention to all about how I approach breakfast. I use a blender and make a fresh smoothie every morning. I use 1 banana, papaya,apple,mango, strawberries,grapes and pineapple. Thats it. I freeze it and add a little water in the blender.Everyone tells me it has a lot of sugar but it's all natural and none added. I have been doing this for 5 years and gained no weight.Try it and you will see it's greattttttttttttt cheers TDTB
