With my limited knowledge i would say a wrong location, not at a zone. And the trend on the longer timeframe is short. Let someone please correct me if i am wrong. And also i am careful to choose a take profit when there is a zone before that target.

Hi Cornelis. I like to have other views of other traders. Thanks for you opinion. On the H8 I see an upward trend, on the M8 it looks like a 3PT is coming up and on the M3 IĂ‚Â was trading the third wave of the brown. IĂ‚Â set me TP between obstacle 1 and 2.
Did I understand the theory well, How do you look at it?
I've had good thought about it but have maybe just bad luck.
After this trade I took a short trade who was profitable.

Well i see what looks it could be the end of the uptrend on the H8 (LL). The M8 gives me a LL followed by a LH, last candles bearish, looks like a 3pt on that timeframe to me. The entry looks countertrend to me and that first grey zone would be a serious obstacle for me. I understand your reasoning but the M8 and that zone would keep me from entering a trade there. By the way what's that with all the entries on the map? Matrix trading or something?
And loosing trades happen, nothing is certain 🙂

Loosing trades happen, I agree. I like to limit my number of loosing trades to a minimum and to learn from each loss who is needless. I had a good first week with 4 wins  and 2 losses.
All that entries are entries of an EA (DB) that I'm running this week for the first time on a live account.
Do you have made profit this week?

Yes i had 2 trades, one BE the other a winner, on GBPUSD daytrading. Unfortunately i didn't make a screenshot. But to me it wasn't the win that made me happy but the way it happened. I feel that i am growing as a trader here and i feel much more relaxed trading.

i started with just focusing on the london open trades sinds a couple of days and im planning to keep on doing that in 2017. with the 5 chart your done within the hour for sure. not saying that you will end up in the plus every day but i just don't want to spend all day behind the comp anymore....Ă‚Â

ended the year with a loss and starting it with a win.
i was a bit in doubt about this one as it wasn't as thight of trigger as i would have liked to, but i still went for it! Ă‚Â it bounched out of the same spot for the third time so that made things a little easier. trailed my stop and it hit before it really went down.Ă‚Â

my Xscript got hit on the UJ trade.
instead i jumped in to a sell EUĂ‚Â where my SL got hit... now in a long position as we made a turn on the grey line out of a busy area (can't see that in this screenshot)
and i went for a sell on the GU wich also hit my SL and i missed the turn around on that one.

didn't took any morning trade as i had no time to trade in the morning but offcourse there were some nice trades to take.
second trade is a small loss or BE even the rest are winners.... not sure if it was possible to take the third trade as it looks like a fast news reaction...

little updat after the FOMC meeting
my LT EU trade hit his SL for a littli under a 1:1 R:R trade but i made some money on the ST side 🙂
first one was a BE and then a nice 1:5 tradeĂ‚Â

im back at IC markets for my daytrading because there spread is 0,5 pip lower then darwinex and that is pritty big if you only need 3,5 pips as a 1:1 trade
