Hello Theo,
In the 'trend continuation structure/wave' you say (2nd video) that the higher swing high is confirmed. At what point is the swing high/low confirmed?
Â
My thoughts are the swing high/low is confirmed when the magnitude of the wave/swing that originates from that point is similar in magnitude to the other waves that make up the scale being referenced. Am I on the right path?
Pepe.
Without you (price action), I am not worth a [s]cent.
you are right Pepe;Â
In your image you have 4 boxes that you have drawn,
if we name them 1-4 starting left to right it will give me a way to elaborate.
Box 1 is confirmed when price reaches box 2,
box 2 is confirmed when price reaches the height of box 1,
box 3 is confirmed when price pulls back enough to be a relative movement to those few waves before it.
box 4 is the turn you would want to be part of to trade the trend continuation pattern so it doesn't matter when that one is confirmed
Theo
