You can either download the self installing exe file which will auto detect your MT4's and place all the files where they need to be

OR

You can download the zip file and copy/paste manually

You can easily copy and paste the files from 1 MT4 to another,
but it is the same thing to just download the zip file and copy/paste in to your MT4.
It makes no difference.

If you like using the exe file then you can uninstall it from your windows programs menu like you would any other program, then install the exe again and it will detect any/all of your MT4's

The EA provided with the free software package is tested and working, make sure you have applied the EA, see the smiley face, are logged in to an account, and a tick comes in after you have placed the line. (also in "tools>options>expert advisors" make sure all boxes to the left are checked, and all boxes to the right are not checked)

 

For the hotkeys:

If you double click the word "Alt" it will give you a drop down menu to select either "Alt" or "Ctrl"

 

For the lines on the chart:

You must double click the line and then right click to delete it

 

I'm sure this goes without saying but:
Make sure you are only using a demo account when you are still learning.
