I agree on the benefits of exercising regularly. This is what keeps me active and teaches me discipline. At home i have a rowing machine. In the morning when i wake up the first thing i do is some exercise on that. Benefits of rowing is no injuries because of the cyclic movements. Sometimes i have to force myself to do that, so training discipline as well.

Besides that i practice aikido. I did that years ago already but rediscovered it after having therapies for my neck problems (a bit worn out because of age and work, 50+ office slave...). It's good for my body and mind.

 

Most important for me is that i like these forms of exercise. I've practiced different forms of exercise in my life but only if i like it (and am able fysically) i can keep doing it for a longer time.

 

Oh and no beach body for me 😉

Yes, once you are a VIP member of any kind, and logged in, the upgrades page that you will see no longer includes the initial fee. You can visit the upgrades page whenever you like and switch between types of membership very easily.

I see there are 3 kinds of vip membership. Could i start with the basic package and upgrade later if wanted/needed? Because i am very interested in using a VPS for trading (and the rest) later, when i wiill be a better trader...

Anti virus often do this on exe files.

I'm getting a virus alert "Susphdo.F" from AVG antivirus on the EXE download.

Any idea about that?

I landed on your website by accident and it must have been a Godsend. I have learnt a lot from the free ebook and videos not to mention all the software.

If the free stuff is this good, I thought I will benefit a great deal more by becoming a VIP member. So, I thought I will ask a couple of questions before I committ myself.

a) have you got, or, will you have a promotion in the near future worth waiting for?

b) I will be using the link you provided for opening a live account with FXPro. Can the prize you are offering for using you as an IB be used to offset the VIP membership fee?

c) Will there be a hidden cost other than the monthly fee of 49.99 pound that hasn't been explained. I am thinking for example a separate VPS charge.
