<p>If you are talking about dragging the Stop Loss and Take Profit lines then for the past year or so this is something that is available in the newer MT4 builds by default. There is also an Expert Adviser that you can use to do the same thing.</p>
<p>If you are talking about dragging the pending lines then you must double click them first to highlight them, then you can drag about.</p>

<p>Downloaded MT4 from ICMarkets and setup a demo account. Loaded the scripts and following Theo's first video but can't seem to drag the horizontal lines in the way he does? Am I missing something?</p>
